These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tourist Map mobile application (“App”) operated by Tourist Map (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
The App is provided for general informational and navigation purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed, including maps, routes, distances, travel times, or points of interest.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Information provided by the App does not constitute professional, legal, travel, financial, or safety advice. Any reliance you place on information obtained through the App is strictly at your own risk.
The App may provide location-based services and navigation assistance. These features are provided “as is” and may be inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable.
You are solely responsible for your safety while traveling. Always follow local laws, traffic rules, road signs, and real-world conditions. Do not use the App in a way that could distract you or endanger yourself or others.
The App may integrate or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to Google Maps, Google Firebase, and Google Play Services.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or functionality of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
All content, design, trademarks, logos, and software related to the App are owned by or licensed to Tourist Map unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tourist Map shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, accidents, travel delays, incorrect directions, or reliance on information provided by the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tourist Map, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
